During rush hour, there are lots of Queens-Manhattan and X90 and Brooklyn/Staten Island Express Buses are still popular.
Only QM22 should be cut.

It didn't make 6th Av express any more frequent. And the Q only ran there since the Broadway side of the bridge was closed.

Skip stop means you are reducing service as opposed to running local only. By having skip stop, one group of riders will get on a train while the next train skips that stop. This means if a person missed a certain train, they will have to wait for a

Brooklyn the N still run express in Brooklyn. If anything the N will be as it was before 2004 if it has to go through the tunnel, rather than over the bridge, since it can still switch to the express tracks between Dekalb and Pacific St.
